Details. “As of October 2022, the occupying country of russia has to pay Ukraine up to $1 trillion in reparations for waging its brutal war and for its consequences,” the message says. Mr. Taylor called the aggressive actions of the occupier a “thousand-year war” and not just “putin's war”. “The crime of aggression must be punished, russia must be condemned,” he emphasised.

Mr. Taylor called for the creation of a special tribunal for russia.
